Ann Carter Sussman earned her BA from Salem College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. An Atlanta native and graduate of North Atlanta High School, she lives in Atlanta with her husband, their two children, and the family’s dog.
Ann began her career in higher education, serving as an Admission Counselor at Salem College before becoming Director of Admission and Financial Aid at Salem Academy. She later continued her work in college admissions at Agnes Scott College, helping guide prospective students and families through the admissions process.
With extensive experience in admissions, Ann brings deep insight into the college application process and a high-energy approach to working with students and families. With a supportive and engaging style, she works closely with students to understand their strengths, interests, and goals. She helps identify colleges where students will thrive academically and personally while keeping them organized, on task, and on schedule throughout the application process.
Ann is an active member of SACAC (The Southern Association for College Admission Counseling) and IECA (The Independent Educational Consultants Association).
